The Heartfulness Institute, a non-profit organization established in 1945, provides spiritual training free of cost to interested seekers from around the world. It is headquartered at Kanha Shanti Vanam which is the epicenter for all Heartfulness seminars and activities oriented towards inner transformation and evolution of human consciousness.

With a global presence in 100+ countries, with 6000+ centers, and 13,000+ trainers, Heartfulness welcomes individuals from all walks of life, of diverse nationalities and religious backgrounds, to come together and meditate, transcending boundaries in an atmosphere of love, trust and brotherhood.

Practice with Heartfulness

The core practices of Heartfulness are Relaxation, Meditation, Cleaning and Inner Connect. The videos below are guided sessions you can try at your leisure.
