What to Expect?

Each week on Sunday, find new content so that you can start practicing right from Monday morning. Each week's has a theme that we will explore together.

  • 30 min practice class with different schools

  • 5 - 10 min simple tips and techniques to include in your life

  • 15 - 20 min podcast with an expert on the theme

What Will I Need?

This is a simple way to prepare yourself:

  • Place

    Make sure that you have enough space so and keep the furniture away so that you do not get hurt against sharp corners. The place should be well ventilated.

  • Material

    Have a good thick yoga mat to cushion your back. Your mat should be firmly set on the ground. You may need a few cushions, a chair, an empty wall for some of the asanas.

  • Time

    Yoga practice is better done early morning on an empty stomach. Set 30 minutes aside each day for the practice. The rest can be view at your own leisure time.
